During the international journey
Save the parcel ID, route name and tracking number from the agent. If a local delivery carrier issues a second number, keep both. For a stalled shipment, send support the last scan and date rather than only saying the parcel is late.
At the door
Look for crushed corners, opened tape or other damage before discarding the outer packaging. Photograph the label and the parcel as received. Check the contents against your order list and retain the packing if an item is missing or damaged.
Send a specific problem report
For damage, include photographs of the parcel, protection and item. For a missing item, show what arrived and list what is absent. For a wrong delivery, include the tracking event and address issue. Contact the agent and follow the relevant carrier or claim instructions promptly.
Claim deadlines and exclusions depend on the current service. Check them before dispatch, not only after something goes wrong.
Close the order when the checks are complete
Keep the useful measurements and seller notes for a future purchase. If the item did not fit, record which measurement differed rather than blaming the size letter alone.
